You will settle into a heated treatment bed with a blanket. Your specialist begins with gentle touch and a pre-cleanse, followed by a double cleanse, slow scalp massage using hands and specialized tools, and warm rinse cycles through our halo water feature. The treatment ends with a light blow-dry. Most guests say it is the most relaxed they have felt in a long time.

No. Your treatment begins with a thorough cleanse, so come as you are. We only ask that you avoid heavy styling products or oils the day of your appointment, and remove any hair extensions if possible. Makeup is fine, though the water feature may reach your hairline.

At Hana Head Spa, the 50-minute Relaxation Head Spa is $110 and the 80-minute Ultimate Head Spa is $150. Optional hair mask add-ons are $10 and the facial massage enhancement is $25. Side-by-side appointments are $220 for the 50-minute experience and $300 for the 80-minute one.

Yes. Our private two-bed treatment room lets you enjoy your head spa experience alongside a friend, partner, sister, mother or daughter. Each guest receives the full treatment with their own specialist, at the same time, in the same room.

The 50-minute Relaxation Head Spa ($110) includes the signature Hana ritual: pre-cleanse, double cleanse, scalp massage, water therapy and a light blow-dry, plus an optional hair mask add-on. The 80-minute Ultimate Head Spa ($150) includes everything from the Relaxation treatment, plus a hair mask selected for your scalp and hair type, and extra time in every phase for deeper relaxation. Also, an optional facial massage add-on is available in the 80-minute Ultimate Head Spa.

When booking, select a side-by-side 50 or 80-minutes treatment. You both book the same service, Relaxation or Ultimate. We reserve the entire room for you, and both treatments begin and end at the same time. Please arrive together about 5 minutes early.

We ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made within 24 hours, or missed appointments, may be charged 50% of the service price. Because side-by-side bookings reserve the whole room, the same policy applies to both guests.

Yes. Hana Head Spa gift cards are available in any amount or for a specific treatment. They are delivered by email, can be printed at home, and can be used toward any treatment or add-on.

Hana Head Spa has two locations in Utah. In St. George, we're inside Society Salon Suites at 2376 Red Cliffs Drive, Suite 311, St. George, UT 84790, with free parking on site. In South Jordan, we're inside Evolve Wellness Collective at 10382 S Jordan Gateway, Suite 150, South Jordan, UT 84095. Both locations are open Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and closed Sunday.

A head spa removes buildup and excess oil from the scalp, improves circulation through massage, and leaves hair soft and shiny. Many guests also come for the relaxation itself: relief from tension in the head, neck and shoulders, and a calmer nervous system. Most people say they sleep especially well that night.

A head spa is not a medical treatment for hair loss, but a clean, well-cared-for scalp creates healthier conditions for hair. Regular cleansing and massage clear clogged follicles and increase blood flow to the scalp. If you are experiencing significant hair loss, we recommend speaking with a dermatologist as well.

For general scalp health and relaxation, most guests book every 4 to 6 weeks. If you are addressing buildup, dryness or an oily scalp, every 2 to 4 weeks can help at first. Your specialist can recommend a rhythm based on what they see during your treatment.

Many guests enjoy head spa treatments during pregnancy, and our treatment beds are comfortable for most stages. Please let us know you are pregnant when booking so your specialist can adjust positioning and pressure, and check with your doctor if you have any concerns.

No. Your hair is cleansed, treated and lightly blow-dried before you leave. We recommend waiting until the next day to wash so your scalp and hair can fully benefit from the treatment products.
