01 Information we collect

We collect information you choose to give us, and a limited amount of information collected automatically when you use the site.

Contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional) and the message you send.
Email list: your email address and, if provided, your first name.
Bookings and gift cards: your name, contact details, appointment details and payment information, collected through Vagaro (see section 3).
Automatically: basic device and usage data such as browser type, pages visited and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

02 How we use your information

To respond to your questions and requests.
To schedule, confirm, remind you of and manage your appointments.
To process gift card purchases.
To send you special offers, news and updates, if you have joined our email list.
To understand how our website is used and improve it.
To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

03 Online booking through Vagaro

Appointments and gift card purchases on this site are handled by Vagaro, a third-party scheduling and payment platform. When you book or buy through the Vagaro widget, the information you enter is collected and processed by Vagaro under its own privacy policy and terms. Hana Head Spa receives the details needed to provide your service, such as your name, contact information and appointment history.

We do not see or store your full card number. Payment is processed securely by Vagaro and its payment partners.

04 Email marketing

If you join our email list, we will occasionally send you special offers, seasonal promotions and studio news. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not affect messages about appointments you have booked.

05 Text messages

If you provide your phone number and agree to receive texts, we may send appointment confirmations, reminders and occasional offers. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. We do not share your mobile number or text consent with third parties for their marketing.

06 Cookies and analytics

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember your preferences and understand how visitors use it. We may use analytics tools such as Google Analytics. Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for treatments.
