By using the Hana Head Spa website, booking an appointment or purchasing a gift card, you agree to these terms.

Please read them carefully.

01 Using our website

This website is provided for information about our treatments and to help you contact us and book appointments. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation or security.

02 Appointments and booking

Online booking is provided through Vagaro. By booking, you also agree to Vagaro’s terms of service. Appointments are confirmed once you receive a confirmation from us or Vagaro. Please arrive about 5 minutes before your appointment; late arrivals may receive a shortened treatment so the next guest is not delayed, charged at the full price.

03 Cancellations and no-shows

We ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made within 24 hours, and missed appointments, may be charged up to 50% of the service price. For side-by-side appointments, the policy applies to each guest, as the full room is reserved for you.

04 Health and safety

Please tell us about any health conditions, allergies, scalp conditions, recent procedures or pregnancy before your treatment so your specialist can adjust or advise. Head spa treatments are for relaxation and general scalp care and are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. We may decline or modify a service if we believe it is not suitable for you.

05 Gift cards

If you provide your phone number and agree to receive texts, we may send appointment confirmations, reminders and, with your consent, occasional offers. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. We do not share your mobile number or text consent with third parties for their marketing.

Gift cards are redeemable for treatments and add-ons at Hana Head Spa.
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Any remaining balance stays on the card for future use.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards or codes.

06 Pricing and payment

Prices shown on this website are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. The price confirmed at the time of booking applies to that appointment. Payments are processed by Vagaro.

07 Email and text communications

By joining our email list or opting in to texts, you agree to receive marketing emails and messages from Hana Head Spa. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in each email, and reply STOP to opt out of texts. See our Privacy Policy for details.

08 Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, photographs, logos and design, belongs to Hana Head Spa or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

09 Third-party services and links

Our website includes services and links from third parties, such as Vagaro booking and Google Maps. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.

10 Disclaimer and limitation of liability

This website and its content are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hana Head Spa is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or our services.
