Yes! We offer live video call demonstrations to show the bed in real-time. You can also visit our showroom in Gilze, Netherlands to experience it in person.

Shipping & Delivery

Yes, we ship internationally to Europe, North America, Asia, and beyond.

Shipping costs are not calculated at checkout due to the size and weight of our beds. Instead, we manually calculate the most accurate and fair shipping rate based on your location.

How it works:

Place your order – No shipping costs will be charged at checkout.

Receive a shipping invoice within 24 hours – We will calculate the exact shipping cost based on your location.

Confirm and pay the invoice – Once the payment is received, we will prepare your order.

Your order is shipped – Processing time is 1-2 business days.

Processing time: 1-2 business days after payment confirmation

Europe: 5-10 business days

Other regions: 7-14 business days

Yes, you can choose "Local Pickup" at checkout and collect your bed from our warehouse in Rijen, Netherlands.

How it works:

After placing your order, you will receive a shipping invoice within 24 hours.

If you prefer to pick up your order instead of shipping, contact us to arrange a pickup date and time.

Collection is available from our warehouse at Phantom 1, 5126 RJ Gilze, Netherlands.

You can pick up the order yourself or arrange your own transport company.

If using a third-party transport company, please ensure they can handle large shipments (Box size: 210x71x71cm, Weight: 80kg) and provide us with the pickup details in advance.

Returns & Warranty

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Yes! We offer a 2 warranty on the bed frame. This covers any manufacturing defects but does not cover damage caused by misuse.

Payments & Orders

We accept all major credit cards and bank transfers.

No, we do not offer payment in installments at this time. All purchases must be paid in full at checkout.

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed. Please make sure you are 100% certain before purchasing.

Yes, but please note that 21% VAT will be added to your total if you do not provide a valid business VAT number during checkout.
